Acceptance of Terms

Winnings generated through duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
Account Responsibilities

Suspension and Termination
abcslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other abcslot policy;
- Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
- A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
- A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or terminate an account;
- A player's own request for account closure.
Where an account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than the player's own voluntary request, abcslot will communicate the reason for the action to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe. In cases where disclosure of the reason may compromise an investigation or legal obligation, abcslot may delay or limit the information provided.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
abcslot operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming regulation in the Philippines. Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.
Amendments to These Terms
abcslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abcslot will provide reasonable notice to active account holders through in-platform notifications, email, or both. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of abcslot's platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
